- What areas do you serve?
- Buffalo and Sheridan, Wyoming, plus Johnson, Sheridan, and Campbell County communities. If you're unsure whether we cover your address, give us a call.
- Do I need to sign an annual contract?
- No. Our packages are annual for planning convenience, but we don't lock you in. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
- How soon can you start?
- For most maintenance work, within 7 days. Installation and design projects are typically scheduled 2–6 weeks out depending on the season.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes — fully insured for residential, commercial, and municipal work, with certified applicators on staff.
- Do you offer emergency snow removal?
- We prioritize active contract clients, but we do take emergency calls when capacity allows. Call the office to check.
- Can I see a design before you build?
- Absolutely. We produce 3D renderings for landscape design and outdoor living projects so you see the finished look before we break ground.
